Overview
Before any grading or construction can begin, a site has to be cleared — trees, brush, and existing structures removed and the ground prepped for the next phase of work. We handle site clearing as either a standalone scope or the first step of a full turnkey contract.
That's backed by 35+ years in the industry, $3M in bonding capacity, an EMR safety rating below 1.0, and $2M/$4M general liability and umbrella coverage. We're licensed in both states we work in — NC #83669 and SC #123831.
